The Year in Tea Towels

Not sure how the tradition of printing a calendar on a tea towel got started, but as fans of the medium we're just glad it did. We are particularly fond od tea towel calendars designed by our favourite printmakers and graphic artists because they are useful (dry dishes and plan your week at the same time) and they are affordable art (when the year is over, the prettiest ones are suitable for framing).

To celebrate the new year, here are a few of Covet Garden's fave tea towel calendars.
