Covet Garden readers are already familiar with east end tea shop Steeped and Infused from our December issue. In that story, owner Jennifer Best welcomed us to a tea-leaf reading. But the store has taught us many other things, including how to appreciate the many varieties of fine brews.

Steeped and Infused places a lot of emphasis on educating customers about tea. Each blend comes with a story about its  origins, ingedients and benefits it might have. Best approaches her collection of loose leaf teas the same way a sommelier selects a fine wine — choosing varieties based on growing regions, seasonal variations and, of course, delicious flavour.
